Dominic's Equipment Rentals Rental Agreement

This Rental Agreement is entered into between Dominic's Equipment Rentals ("Owner") and the undersigned renter ("Customer"). By signing electronically below, Customer agrees to the following terms:
Customer is responsible for all damage to the equipment during the rental period, including damage caused by misuse, negligence, accident, improper loading, improper towing, overload, theft, or vandalism.
If operating or towing trailers, Customer will possess and maintain a valid driver license and valid insurance throughout the rental period.
Customer is solely responsible for knowing the weight of the products, materials, or items being moved and for staying within the payload capacity of the rented trailer or equipment.
Customer is responsible for returning the equipment to the designated offsite facility or meetup location provided by Owner.
Customer is responsible for fuel for any equipment that requires fuel. Fuel is not provided by Owner.
Customer is responsible for ensuring the safe function and safe operation of the equipment before and during use, especially saws. Customer must make sure the blade is tight, the platform or stand is stable, and the equipment is being used in a safe and proper manner.
Customer understands and agrees that Dominic's Equipment Rentals is not responsible for any personal injury, bodily injury, death, or other harm that may result from the use, misuse, setup, operation, transport, loading, unloading, handling, or possession of the rented equipment. Customer assumes all risk of injury associated with the equipment and releases Dominic's Equipment Rentals from liability for injuries arising from Customer's use or possession of the equipment, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Equipment is located at an offsite storage location and an employee will meet Customer there. It is important that Customer arrives on time. If Customer is not there within one (1) hour of the appointment time, there will be an additional $50 charge.
Customer accepts the equipment in its current condition unless otherwise documented before pickup and agrees to return it in substantially the same condition, ordinary wear excepted.
Customer agrees that their electronic signature and typed name are intended to authenticate and bind this Agreement to the same extent as a handwritten signature.
